In this role you will lead and shape the HSE agenda across Europe, supporting multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll partner with business leaders, coach regional teams, and drive a strong safety and environmental culture. You will align regional HSE strategies with business goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement and crisis management. Responsabilità

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of HSE experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
• 5+ years in a senior HSE leadership role with regional responsibility
• Strong knowledge of European HSE regulations and management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001)
• Experience within the chemical industry or another highly regulated sector is preferred
• Excellent leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and willingness to travel across Europe
