Regional GEF Technical Specialist – Europe & Central Asia

An international governmental organization is seeking a GEF Technical Specialist to support agrifood systems transformation in Europe and Central Asia. Duties include providing strategic guidance on GEF projects, designing and implementing innovative programming, and mobilizing resources. Candidates must have an advanced degree in related fields and at least three years of relevant experience. Working knowledge of English is required, and knowledge of Russian is advantageous. This role is home-based and requires strong analytical skills.
