In this Engineering Leader role, you drive process engineering and project execution for PPG’s liquid operations in EMEA. You’ll lead NPI readiness, standardize engineering practices, and push regional productivity through continuous improvement. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to modernize operations, apply new process designs, and guide developmental trials, all while staying ahead of industry advances. • Define, standardize, and govern engineering best practices across EMEA liquid operations

• Collaborate with Business and Advanced Manufacturing teams to modernize operations
• Stay informed of latest technology and process developments in the industry
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new process designs and conduct developmental process trials
• Collaborate with site engineering and maintenance teams to implement improvements

Responsabilità

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, capital project execution, or process development
• Recognized regional or global SME for assigned processes/equipment
• Experience in batch and continuous manufacturing environments
• Strong experience operating within regulated quality systems (cGMP, IATF 16949, or equivalent)
• Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Process Design Review methodologies
• Proven leadership in RFQ development, URS definition, FAT, and SAT execution
• Solid background in paint and resin chemistry and liquid manufacturing processes
• Working knowledge of hazardous area classification (ATEX)
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage senior stakeholders, and drive alignment across regions and functions
