About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

The Mission

At Salesforce, we believe AI is only as powerful as the trusted context that supports the actions it takes. MuleSoft and Informatica are the backbone of the Agentic Enterprise. As Regional Director, Consumption Value Delivery, you turn that belief into business results through your team across our International business. You build the team, set the standard, and own the outcomes. Get this right and our customers will feel the impact, the business will feel the impact and the team will be shaping the future of how AI translates to value.

The Basics

  • Locations: London, Madrid or Milan (all office‑based)
  • Reporting line: Regional Vice President, Value Delivery - International
  • Team: first‑line level leader of individual contributors
  • Accounts: Enterprise and Commercial
  • Commercial targets: Consumption Growth and NNAOV
  • Languages: Fluent English required; additional European languages an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years direct line management experience in a global software company
  • AI‑forward: actively using AI tools in your workflow today is a requirement, not a preference
  • No relocation support available

The Role

Reporting to the RVP, Consumption Value Delivery - International (EMEA, JAPAC, LACA), you will lead a team of Consumption Value Delivery Leads: the people who help customers identify and maximise the value from their tech investments. As business owner for your territory and talent multiplier for your people, you will operate across cultures, markets, and time zones, building strong customer and cross‑functional relationships as you go. Consumption growth and commercial performance are the targets you own across your operating units. You will shape the strategy, run a tight operating rhythm, and build the scalable motions that make the entire practice better.

Who You Are

You have been building and leading high‑performing teams in customer‑facing or commercial roles as a direct line manager for more than 3 years. You know what good looks like and you have delivered it. You have done this in a highly matrixed, global software company, where leading through influence is as natural to you as leading with authority. You thrive on the opportunities, challenges and cultural nuances of working across geographies and time zones. Data is your compass. You translate it into stories and decisions that move people. You are AI‑forward and use AI tools extensively in your own workflow today. You are driving adoption in your team and bringing that lens to every customer conversation. If you also have experience with APIs, application integration or data governance, that is a bonus.

Who We Are

This team operates at the frontier of human and AI agent collaboration. We help the world's largest organisations unlock the full value of their MuleSoft and Informatica investments. The people in the team are customer‑obsessed, ambitious, resilient, creative and have a genuine belief in what we are doing. If you share those characteristics and bring out those qualities in others, we want to hear from you.
