With more than 20,000 employees, Beko Europe has 69 subsidiaries and 11 production sites across Europe, which are located in Cassinetta, Melano, Comunanza, and Siena in Italy, Wroclaw, Radomsko, and Lodz in Poland, Poprad in Slovakia, Yate in the UK, and Ulmi and Gaesti in Romania, with a production capacity of approximately 24 million white goods products per year.


This role in summary

You will support key European markets, ensure the effective deployment of Washing projects, and contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the category. The role acts as a bridge between Headquarters, Regional teams, and Local markets, enabling strong project execution and business performance.


Your responsibilities will include


1. Market Support & Commercial Execution

  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clusters, ensuring timely support on product, commercial, and coordination needs
  • Manage the commercialization process for new SKUs, including MDM governance, SKU creation steps, and delivery of launch assets
  • Facilitate communication between markets and HQ to address requests, remove blockers, and ensure alignment



2. Project Deployment & Portfolio Definition

  • Work with HQ teams to master the new project scopes and cascade deployment requirements to markets
  • Build and maintain the Base Model Catalogue, defining SKU architecture and feature combinations
  • Develop business cases in line with project maturity and consolidate market inputs
  • Ensure market requirements for B2B/B2C launch assets are captured and addressed within project plans



3. Commercial Strategy & Range Management

  • Analyze range logic, identify opportunities for growth, and evaluate SKU efficiency to guide market decisions
  • Organize and lead annual Range Review meetings with assigned markets, aligning on next-year assortments and project integration
  • Provide commercial guidance to optimize the product offer across channels and trade partners



4. Strategic Communication & Leadership Support

  • Prepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management, synthesizing insights from markets, projects, and category performance
  • Highlight key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to strengthen decision-making


Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar field
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Planning, Business Analysis or similar roles
  • Fluent English and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint


Preferred skills and experiences

  • Experience in consumer durables, consumer electronics, or consulting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate information into clear actions
  • Understanding of commercial dynamics, pricing logic, and portfolio management
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across countries
