We are a company dedicated to the car rental sector with over 50 years' experience in the business. Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain) and we have offices in the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and Mediterranean coast : Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.

We are looking for a proactive, dynamic and energetic District Operations Manager for North and Centre Italy.

Coordinate and supervise all the operational actions of the offices of its area.

Supervise the staff of its area, in direct contact with Branch Managers.

Achieve the annual goals set by the company. Promote and achieve the correct performance of the operational quality system of its area, as well as its distribution among all staff.

Supervise any kind of building work associated with the remodeling of the office or any repairs that need to be made to the offices or garages, as well as obtaining corresponding estimates.

Identify and notify any suggestions for the improvement of the day-to-day operation of its area and for the Company in general.

At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions within the Rent a Car business.

Very good knowledge of the RAC business and its operations.

Commercial vocation and customer orientation.

Advanced level of Office Automation.

Fluent English.

Availability to travel.

Full time position.
