As Regional Alumni Manager - Italy, you will be based at the Turin Campus and report to the Director of International Development (based in Paris). You will oversee a specific geographic area fostering engagement and community building and will join a fully remote, internationally distributed team alongside three other Regional Alumni Managers.
Your role is to develop and promote ESCP Alumni's services for students and graduates in Italy while working closely with alumni delegates, the school, and local stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
Strengthening the local Alumni community
Event management and community engagement
- Recruit, manage, and support local alumni delegates
- Serve as the main point of contact for alumni ambassadors
- Organize exclusive alumni events: Alumnights, industry-specific conferences, and more
- Partner with ESCP Business School and the Foundation to co-host key events like the Gala, Christmas or Summer Party
- Regularly assess and enhance alumni engagement activities
Building connections
- Act as the go-to contact for alumni in Italy responding to their needs and promoting the Association’s services
- Strengthen relationships with local representatives of alumni associations of French Grandes Ecoles
- Identify mentors and international coaches to support alumni career growth
Showcasing alumni success
- Identify and highlight top alumni profiles for awards and media features
- Contribute to the ESCP Alumni magazine and social media, showcasing impactful alumni stories
Enhancing student engagement & career support
Career & networking events
- Organize student bootcamps, career roundtables, and networking events
- Represent the Alumni Association at student orientation events
- Support local career fairs and professional development activities
- Develop mentorship programs by recruiting alumni mentors and encouraging student participation
- Lead networking and career development sessions on campus
- Promote key initiatives such as: Young Talent Advisor (individual coaching and webinars), "Ask Me Anything" sessions with recent graduates, access to the exclusive ESCP Alumni Directory
Additional student support
- Report internship and job opportunities to the network
- Recruit and manage student ambassadors to strengthen alumni-student connections
Collaborating with key stakeholders
- Work closely with ESCP Business School & the Foundation, particularly Career Services and Corporate Relations
- Identify and engage potential corporate partners and donors
- Contribute to database updates and alumni records management
Your Profile:
International & proactive mindset
- You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
- You enjoy connecting people and building lasting relationships
Experienced & Organized
- 6 to 10 years of experience in event management, community engagement, business development, or a similar field
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
Skills & key competencies
Speaking Italian and English (fluent). French is a real plus.
Excellent communication and skills (content creation, event promotion, PR).
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Comfortable with digital tools (Canva, CRM, social media, Microsoft Office, event platforms)
Able to work autonomously while collaborating with international teams
