As we expand our activities in Italy, we are building a local team to work directly with farmers and partners on the ground.

We are looking for motivated professionals based in Italy, fluent in Italian and English, who want to actively contribute to the transition toward regenerative agriculture.

• Agronomists
• Agricultural Project Managers

Experience or strong interest in regenerative agriculture, soil health, or sustainable farming systems is highly valued.

Your Role

As a Regenerative Agriculture Advisor, you will work directly with farmers and project partners, combining fieldwork, technical expertise, and advisory support.

Your Responsibilities May Include

• Conducting farm audits and technical assessments aligned with regenerative agriculture principles
• Supporting and coordinating regenerative agriculture projects in Italy and abroad
• Carrying out field visits and providing tailored agronomic advice
• Developing farm‑specific action plans, identifying strengths, risks, and improvement pathways
• Organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and field days
• Supporting on‑farm trials and pilot projects
• Preparing technical reports and project documentation
• Representing Biospheres during meetings, trainings, and sector events
• Contributing to the development and enrichment of our technical and project databases

Depending on your background, the role may focus more on:

• crop systems, soil health, fertilization, and rotations

Profile Required

Your profile:

• Based in Italy
• Fluent in Italian and English (French is a plus, not required)
• Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Zootechnics, or related field
• Previous experience in farm advisory, consulting, or agricultural projects is an advantage
• Strong interest in regenerative, low‑carbon, or sustainable agriculture
• Comfortable working both in the field and with data/reporting
• Independent, well‑organized, and motivated
• Strong communication and training facilitation skills
• Driving license (category B) required
