REF. 3823: AREA MANAGER – EASTERN EUROPE MARKET (INDUSTRIAL VEHICLES) Our Client is a well-established and leading international industrial group specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of specialized equipment, trailers, and semi-trailers for the automotive and vehicle transport sectors.

Role The successful candidate will be responsible for business development and market consolidation within the Eastern Europe market, with a specific focus on the industrial vehicle segment and vehicle transport solutions.

Responsibilities

Management and development of the client portfolio (carriers, fleets, logistics operators, dealers) in the Eastern Europe market;

Development of new business opportunities within the car carrier segment;

Definition and implementation of the sales strategy in alignment with corporate objectives;

Analysis of the target market, regulatory trends, and competitor solutions within the sector;

Coordination with technical and production departments to define customized solutions;

Territory management through client visits, product testing, and participation in industry trade fairs;

Structured reporting to the Sales Director.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales roles within the industrial vehicles, trailers, equipment, or automotive sectors;

Knowledge of the Eastern Europe market and vehicle transport dynamics;

Proficiency in

Russian

and

English ;

Ability to manage complex negotiations and the sale of technical solutions;

Willingness to travel frequently throughout the Eastern Europe territory;

Familiarity with CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred);

Specific experience in the car carrier industry;

Active network within the car transport or automotive logistics sector;

Technical background (Engineering/Mechanics or related fields) is considered a preferential requirement;

Strong result orientation and entrepreneurial spirit;

Ability to build long-term relationships with strategic clients;

Consultative approach to sales;

Operational autonomy and territory organization skills;

Problem-solving skills and resilience in competitive environments.
