We are seeking a local candidate based in Italy with proficiency in English and Italian .
Candidates must have at least 2 years of recruitment experience . A background in manufacturing or Chinese-invested companies is preferred. This role is primarily intended to support the company's clearly defined business expansion in the local market by gradually increasing headcount.
Department Overview: This position is based in the Italian branch , which currently has approximately 20 employees.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Recruitment Lead in China and the Italy Business Head .
Product: Primarily environmental sanitation equipment .
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle local recruitment process for various business lines (Manufacturing, Sales, After-Sales, etc.) of the Italian company, including demand validation, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, compensation negotiation, and offer follow-up.
- Develop and maintain local recruitment channels in Italy , including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Subito.it, local headhunters, university partnerships, and industry associations.
- Maintain efficient collaboration with the domestic recruitment team and business departments to ensure precise alignment of recruitment needs and improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
- Build and maintain a local talent pool in Italy , conduct regular talent reviews and market research, and provide talent reserve support for business development.
- Track recruitment data and generate recruitment reports (e.g., fill rate, time-to-hire, channel conversion rate) to continuously optimize the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding-related matters to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. Majors in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration , or related fields are preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 2 years of local recruitment experience in Italy , familiarity with Italian labor laws and recruitment processes . Background in manufacturing or Chinese-invested enterprises is preferred.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent English (able to communicate smoothly with the China-based team as a working language).
- Fluent Italian (able to communicate seamlessly with local candidates and agencies as a working language).
- Basic English reading and writing skills are a plus.
- Familiar with local recruitment channels and tools in Italy ; possessing proactive sourcing abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills , stress tolerance , and a results-oriented mindset.
- Holds a valid Italian work permit (if required).
