Recruitment Specialist

Sicim is currently looking for Recruitment Specialist based in our HQ in Busseto.

As Recruitment Specialist you will respond to the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager and will be part of the Human Resources Department.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of recruitment processes for technical and corporate profiles, from defining requirements and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Collaboration with hiring managers to define needs and ideal profiles
• Posting job ads and screening resumes
• Sourcing passive candidates through various channels and activities
• Conducting selection interviews (phone, video, and in-person)
• Advocating for and driving a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy
• Managing relationships with recruiting agencies and other external stakeholders
• Contributing to the development of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Supporting the organization and management of Employer Branding and Talent Attraction initiatives
• Updating and monitoring recruitment data using digital tools
• Managing the onboarding process.
