Position

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle: from defining needs to selecting and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the technical sector.
• Create commercial proposals for client and prospect companies.
• Create and publish effective job advertisements.
• Screen resumes and conduct introductory interviews.
• Assess candidates' technical skills and soft skills.
• Manage relationships with candidates and HR managers.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in humanistic, economic disciplines, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a technical field.
• Excellent knowledge of selection techniques and online and offline recruiting channels.
• Familiarity with main IT tools (ATS, CRM, etc.).
• Good written and spoken English skills for presenting services and conducting interviews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented with the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of the plastics industry is a plus.
