We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in the world of talent acquisition.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to kick-start a career in recruitment and HR while working in a dynamic environment. As a Recruiter Intern, you will play an active role in supporting the hiring process, engaging with candidates, and learning how successful recruitment works from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will support the recruitment team throughout the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination
  • You will support the team with offer follow-ups and onboarding-related coordination when needed
  • You will assist in preparing and posting job descriptions on LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms
  • You will review resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and qualifications
  • You will conduct initial outreach and screening calls to evaluate candidate interest, communication skills, and overall fit
  • You will maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Full professional fluency in English is required
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or sourcing tools is a plus
