About the Role

LHH, part of the Adecco Group, is a global HR solutions provider. We support organisations in their talent needs across a broad spectrum of industries worldwide. In this role you will work within the Banking division in Milan, delivering recruitment and sourcing services for key banking clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Archiviazione e gestione documentale.
• Redazione di mappature dei candidati e attività di ricerca/caccia diretta (Head Hunting).
• Ricerca di candidati nei database online e attività di social recruiting.
• Redazione di short list.
• Monitoraggio dei processi di selezione con attenzione alla candidate experience.
• Gestione dei colloqui e redazione di report, con attenzione alla valorizzazione delle competenze e alla soddisfazione del candidato.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in the banking sector, strong autonomy and excellent delivery skills. Solarità e determinazione are required for being part of a solid, growing group.

Additional Requirements

• Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (B2-C1).
• Predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi.
• Capacità di analisi e problem solving.
• Forte flessibilità e determinazione.
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Internet Explorer e Outlook.
• La provenienza dal settore Banking verrà considerata un plus.
