Job Overview:
He/she will ensure excellent service for our guests, managing Guests needs and requests, in compliance with our company philosophy, operating standards and procedures. He/she will cover 2 night shifts per week. He or she will help to develop a harmonious work atmosphere with a focused approach on teamwork.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Will provide quality service by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, rooming, check-out and throughout the stay to increase the overall guest experience;
- Will ensure effective communication with the other departments, in compliance with our current procedures. The goal should always be to make guests feel comfortable and satisfied;
- Will meticulously fulfill the handover to their colleague responsible for the next shift;
- Will use the PMS ProTel and the other IT instruments, in compliance with current standards and procedures;
- Will charge guest accounts according to procedure to ensure correct statements;
- Will be focused and proactive in managing phone calls, the flow of guests in the area to anticipate and addressing guests' needs;
- Will embrace a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the team;
- Will support the accounts department by responding accurately and efficiently with all queries;
- Will maintain very high standards of hygiene, behaviour and grooming.
We require:
- Previous experience in the same role in luxury work environment;
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Fluent in English and Italian. A third language will be a plus;
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
- Outstanding Guests service skills;
- Motivation and ability to work in a team in multitasking environment and prioritize tasks;
- Excel Microsoft Office Suite proficiency;
- Good knowledge of PMS ProTel, ofSynXis booking engine and TravelClick CRS will be a plus.
