Riportando al Capo Ricevimento la risorsa si occupa di:

• Accoglienza clienti dall'arrivo alla partenza (attività di check-in/out)
• Informa il cliente sulle condizioni di soggiorno, le formalità e i servizi dell'hotel
• Anticipa i bisogni del cliente e gestisce eventuali obiezioni e/o osservazioni presentando una soluzione nel minor tempo possibile
• Trasmette le informazioni necessarie agli altri reparti
• Gestione del centralino
• Gestione della cassa
• Coordinamento con la cucina per la gestione delle prenotazioni del ristorante

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the resource deals with:

• Customer reception from arrival to departure (check-in/out)
• Informs the client about the conditions of stay, the formalities and the hotel services
• Anticipates the customer's needs and manages any objections and / or observations by presenting a solution as quickly as possible
• Transmits necessary information to other departments
• Switchboard management
• Cash management
• Coordination with the kitchen for the management of restaurant reservatio
