Are you looking to develop your career in front of house and secretarial services, within a global organisation? Then this could be the role for you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our Milan office and provide a range of reception and secretarial services.

Our Opportunity
In this role, you’ll not only be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors but also carrying out a wide range of reception and secretarial duties. No two days will be the same! You’ll be undertaking a number of PC based tasks including booking meeting rooms and maintaining the constant flow of reception emails as well as printing, copying and scanning to support our secretarial team. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the reception area, ordering catering, booking taxis and transfers, issuing passes to all visitors and ensuring all services are provided in accordance with the agreed service levels.
This is a busy role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of our front of house services, including identifying and resolving any issues that might arise, so you will need to be proactive and well organised.
You
We need a positive, polite and smart individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and organised approach. As you are the first point of contact for clients at an international law firm, it is essential that you are smart, presentable and be fluent in English. On a daily basis you will be dealing with individuals of all levels, therefore you must have strong communication skills and the ability to deliver excellent service to our clients and your colleagues. Excellent telephone and PC skills are a must, as these are key aspects of your day to day role. You’ll need to be methodical, well-organised and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. This role is a busy and dynamic one where flexibility may be needed if overtime is required. Previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment is beneficial but not required, but an enthusiasm for delivering top customer service is a must.
