Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Receptionist on call to join KIKO MILANO’s General Management Team.
In particular, you will:
- Visitor reception;
- Support in building management activities (meeting room reservations, stationery supply, temperature regulation, document printing, etc.);
- Minor administrative and secretarial tasks (RDA entry, Excel reporting);
- Manage the Leadership’ agenda and set up calls or meetings;
- Manage bookings for spaces and workstations.
What you will need to succeed
- Previous experience in the role;
- Good knowledge of the English language and Microsoft Office;
- Strong communication skills;
- Flexibility and proactivity.
