With 30 rooms and suites designed with a refined residential approach, a 600 sqm wellness area, a lounge & bistrot, and elegant event spaces, we offer a new way of experiencing hospitality—where design, wellbeing, privacy, and quality of time define every stay.

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Front Office Agent to become the welcoming face of our property.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage check-in, stay, and check-out procedures
- Handle guest requests promptly, anticipating needs whenever possible
- Provide information about hotel services and local experiences
- Support Front Office operations and administrative tasks
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and service excellence
- Promote hotel services through upselling and cross-selling activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role
- Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- A natural attitude for guest care and service excellence
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage priorities
- Team-oriented mindset
Working Conditions
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Shift work, including weekends and holidays
