Real Estate Planning & Scheduling Manager

The ideal candidate has strong experience in project scheduling and planning within complex CAPEX projects, ideally in regulated or pharmaceutical environments.

The role requires advanced expertise in building and managing integrated project schedules across multiple stakeholders, contractors, and project phases.

• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across all project phases (master schedules and detailed level schedules, including design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities);
• build and manage end-to-end CAPEX schedules ensuring alignment with project scope, milestones, and governance requirements;
• define and monitor critical path activities, identifying schedule risks and opportunities for optimization;
• monitor project progress against baseline schedules and report deviations, delays, and recovery actions;
• provide regular schedule updates and progress reporting to stakeholders;
• act as scheduling reference point for the project team and ensure schedule integrity across all functions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project scheduling and planning within large CAPEX or infrastructure projects;
• experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries is a strong advantage;
• experience working with EPCM contractors and multidisciplinary project teams;

Location: Parma

Contract: Freelance

Project-based assignment: initial duration 12 months, extendable to 18–24 months.
