OverviewIn this role you will drive the performance and development of sales advisors within Huspy's real estate key account team. You will translate strategy into execution using dashboards and KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and act promptly to resolve them. You will build strong advisor relationships through constructive challenge and support, and participate in the sales process when needed. You will embody Huspy's culture of ownership, speed, and customer focus to enable data-driven growth across markets.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze advisors' commercial performance using dashboards and KPIs.Identify bottlenecks or blockers and resolve them quickly.Build strong relationships with advisors through challenge and support.Actively participate in the sales process when needed (calls, closings, follow-ups).Represent Huspy's culture: ownership, speed, customer focus, and obsession with results.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years' experience as a Key Account Manager in the real estate sector.Startup experience is a plus.Highly analytical mindset with understanding of funnels and data.Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.Proactive, resilient attitude with a strategic mindset and hands‑on approach.Benefitscompetitive salaryinspiring teamgrowth & impact #J-18808-Ljbffr
