In this position you will provide leadership over the real estate strategy and function, and you will also collaborate cross functionally with internal teams including Business Development, Operations and Engineering as well as Legal, Finance and Lease Administration and external partners including customers, developers, brokers and advisers to lead and complete new location development/searches and lease renewals.
What are you going to do?
Lead the country and represent CEVA Logistics in all internal & external business meetings.
Coordinate and manage all new real estate transactions, including renewals, blend and extends, acquisitions, relocations, dispositions, consolidations, build-to-suits and bid searches.
Lead or be advisor on the strategic negotiation.
Lead and anticipate all renewals of lease agreement
Follow all real estate kpi (cost per sqm, cost of facility management per lot, sustainable goal …)
Prepare budget for savings, rent, maintenance costs and investments.
Follow up the p&l each real estate company.
Have a dashboard to follow the real estate market (yields, cost/sqm land and building….)
Have a benchmark on the real estate strategy of our competitors
Manage CEVA business rules as it relates to real estate acquisitions and project approval process.
Manage all CEVA field real estate brokerage activities.
Manage CEVA subleases – primarily facilities that become unused due to changes in CEVA operations.
Implement energy savings measures.
Drive sustainable development projects related to real estate with a view to reducing the environmental impact of our assets (LEDs, PV Solar, etc.).
Coordination of routine and extraordinary maintenance activities
Oversee reduction and control of facility repair expenses.
Challenge and prepare all necessary documents for ICAP (business plan)
Participate to provide technical feedback.
Fleet Management responsibilities
Coordinate country-level Fleet Management tasks and ensure continuity of fleet-related activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external fleet suppliers on vehicle allocation, maintenance, contracts and operational requirements.
Monitor Fleet Management costs, maintenance activities, vehicle utilisation and relevant KPIs.
Support fleet-related budgeting, cost-control and optimisation initiatives.
Ensure alignment of local Fleet Management activities with CEVA policies, compliance requirements and sustainability objectives.
Where will you be working? In this position, you will report directly to the Real Estate Director Europe.
You will manage Real Estate Manager, Facility Managers and Office Manager in Assago (MI). You will also coordinate Fleet Management activities at country level. Travel expected across the country and Europe.
What do you have to offer?
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Real Estate, or Engineering is required
Strong experience in real estate management experience is required.
Knowledge of high value negotiation and sourcing processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of local markets and connected with Real Estate sector players
Strong financial acumen and fundamental knowledge of accounting and financial statements.
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines.
Being able to communicate and relate to all levels of the organization verbally and written form.
Ability to work within a large international matrix organization.
Balance team and individual responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web- based and job specific software applications.

Gross annual salary / RAL: €55.000 – €73.000
