Role Description

The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, growth, and operations of Gruppo Premiere Srl.

This full-time, On-Site position in Milan involves driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing high-impact real estate advisory projects. The Co-Founder will work closely with partners to build up the milan team, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate on marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, investment opportunities, and financial models.
• Excellent Communication abilities for client interaction, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
• Proven Sales experience, particularly in real estate or investment services, with a focus on high-value clients.
• Marketing skills to shape brand strategy, support lead generation, and promote bespoke real estate offerings.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian or additional languages is an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the capacity to work independently, assume responsibility, and drive growth.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
