Real Estate Change & Risk Project Manager

The ideal candidate has experience in project management or project controls within complex projects and is able to support structured change and risk management processes.

The role supports the management of change and risk across the project lifecycle, ensuring that scope, schedule, and cost impacts are properly assessed, documented, and controlled.

• Support and manage the change control process across the project lifecycle (design, construction, commissioning, and handover);
• identify and assess scope changes, ensuring impacts on time, cost, and risk are captured and documented;
• collaborate with project controls teams on schedule updates, cost tracking, and reporting;
• support preparation of reports, dashboards, and updates for project stakeholders;
• ensure coordination between engineering disciplines and project teams to capture impacts of changes;
• contribute to continuous monitoring of risks and change impacts throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, project controls, or coordination roles within construction, engineering, logistics, or industrial environments;
• experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries is a strong advantage;
• familiarity with risk management processes is a plus;
• strong organizational and communication skills;

Location: Parma

Contract: Freelance

Project-based assignment: initial duration 12 months, extendable to 18–24 months.
