Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Facility and Real Estate Manager to oversee the management of facilities services for optimal workplace organization across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze spatial requirements of departments and end-user needs, then define facilities services accordingly.
- Gather and understand spatial requirements of departments and end-user needs.
- Select and manage suppliers of goods and services, and define contracts with moderate responsibility.
- Develop renovation, reassessment, or optimization projects aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction management, facilities, and real estate is preferred.
- Candidates with technical diploma (Geometra) and substantial relevant experience may also be considered.
