With over 150 dedicated professionals and 24 offices across Latvia, Latio has facilitated more than 20,000 real estate transactions and holds a diverse database of 8,000 property listings.
We are now actively setting up our operations in Italy, focusing on Northern Italy and Tuscany, to expand service coverage and cater to the growing demand from Northern and Eastern European clients looking for second homes and relocation opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an ambitious expansion where early team members will play a key role in shaping our future in Italy.
Latio is committed to long-term growth and aims to build a strong, collaborative team in Italy. We are planning to invest in modern office spaces and a company car for business operations. Unlike traditional real estate agencies, we offer full support from our marketing and legal departments, ensuring that our agents have everything they need to succeed.
Role Description
We are seeking a proactive, ambitious, and long-term-minded Real Estate Agent to lead our operations in Northern Italy and Tuscany. This full-time role has a hybrid setup, blending remote and in-field work. The agent will play a key role in assisting both local and foreign clients, helping them navigate the real estate market in Italy.
This role is more than just sales—it is about building lasting relationships, working in a supportive and innovative team environment, and offering a premium service tailored to our international clientele.
Responsibilities
- Conduct real estate transactions and provide high-quality service to both local and foreign clients.
- Assist clients in finding ideal properties for purchase, relocation and rent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, property owners, and developers.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and new opportunities in Northern Italy and Tuscany.
- Collaborate closely with the Latio team, including marketing and legal support, to streamline transactions.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Italy operations, with the potential for leadership roles in the future.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Northern Italy and Tuscany real estate markets.
- Experience working with international buyers and investors.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, or Russian is an advantage.
- Experience with marketing, CRM databases, and legal processes related to real estate is preferred.
- A valid real estate license is mandatory .
