The Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research is seeking researchers to design and experimentally characterize ASICs, devices and systems for radiation and particle detection, spectroscopy, and imaging in scientific and industrial fields.
The work includes mixed-signal ASICs for readout of detectors with ultra-low noise and low power, multi-channel CMOS ASICs for X- and gamma-ray space telescopes, and detectors based on Si, CdZnTe and LGADs for spectroscopy applications.
