The Results Delivery Office (RDO) PMO is a pivotal role dedicated to coordinating Finance & Strategy project roadmap and specific high impact initiatives. The RDO PMO will drive transformation by facilitate cross-departmental communication and ensuring the seamless execution of F&S initiatives. This role is designed for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives on managing multiple complex projects while maintaining operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities
1. Project & Program Management
- Develop and maintain the departmental project roadmap, including milestones, timelines, and critical KPIs
- Monitor progress against Finance & Strategy priorities, ensuring action items are executed and reporting updates to leadership
- Coordinate specific cross functional projects and delivery to ensure alignment with broader business goals
- Implement PMO processes, standards, and methodologies to ensure project success
- Facilitate post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement
2. Communication & Coordination
- Draft briefing materials, strategic reports, and executive presentations for leadership and departmental meetings
- Ensure outcomes from executive sessions are clearly communicated and followed up on across functional teams
EDUCATION:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
LINGUISTIC SKILLS
Good knowledge of English
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar roles is required, preferably within a high-impact environment, involving finance transformation projects, consulting or project management experience
- Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies, tools and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage their expectations at all organizational levels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of finance key processes will be considered a plus
