  • We’re growing fast and expanding across Europe. To support this growth, we’re seeking two motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who meet one of the following language profiles and have a basic knowledge of Italian.


  • Full professional proficiency in German; fluent in English
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish; fluent in English
  • Full professional proficiency in English 



What you will do

As an SDR at LetzFair, your mission will be to open new doors and generate qualified leads across the European market.

  • Identify and qualify potential B2B leads in the events and MICE sectors;
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and phone to communicate the value of our solution; 
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls and product demos ;
  • Draft and send commercial proposals; 
  • Work closely with the CEO and sales team to define goals, refine messaging, and optimize processes;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback from the field.


What we're looking for

  • Full professional proficiency in German or Spanish, currently residing in Italy, with excellent spoken and written English; or candidates with Full professional proficiency in English. 
  • 1+ year of experience in Sales / SDR / Business Development ;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot , Apollo , or similar;
  • Interest in SaaS , technology, events, and innovation;
  • A collaborative mindset: daily interaction with the CEO and sales team to align strategy;
  • Motivation, initiative, creativity, and critical thinking;
  • Problem solving;
  • Comfortable in a startup environment , adaptable and quick to pick up new tools/processes;
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

  • Compensation: 24.000€ - 35.000€ + OTE (on target earnings)
