RAMT Engineer - Defense Sector

Overview

For activities in the defense sector, we are looking for a RAMT Engineer to be involved in complex projects with a focus on naval and military systems. The person will support reliability, availability, maintainability, and testability analyses, contributing to optimizing system performance throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RAMT (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Testability) analyses on systems and subsystems
• Develop and maintain technical documentation (FMEA/FMECA, FTA, RBD, testability analysis)
• Define testability strategies (Built-In Test, fault diagnosis, fault detection & isolation)
• Support verification and validation (V&V) activities and system testing
• Analyze fault data and performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability)
• Collaborate with design, integration, and ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (MIL-STD, RAMT/RAMS regulations)

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerospace, Electronic, Computer, Naval Engineering or similar fields
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of RAMS/RAMT or reliability engineering
• Knowledge of FMEA/FMECA methodologies, Fault Tree Analysis
• Familiarity with concepts of testability and system diagnostics
• Native Italian speaker
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Availability to work on-site in La Spezia
