TMC is looking for talented RAMS Engineers to be involved in challenging R&D projects.
About this vacancy
As a RAMS Engineer, you will be involved in the design, development, and validation of automotive systems and components. You’ll contribute across the full product lifecycle—from requirements definition to production—ensuring reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety are embedded in every phase.
What we expect from you
- MSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronic, or Automotive preferred)
- Solid knowledge of RAMS methodologies and tools (e.g., FMEA, FTA, FMEDA)
- Experience with automotive safety standards
- Ability to perform reliability and safety calculations
- Experience managing safety assurance throughout the project lifecycle
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
