R&D Specialist - Plastics Compounds

Resina Partners is supporting an Italian plastics compounder in the search for an experienced R&D Specialist to join during a key phase of transformation and growth.

The company:

A solid, family-owned business specialized in plastics compounds .

The role:

Reporting to senior management, you will support the R&D function in daily laboratory activities, product development, and technical improvement projects.

You will contribute to formulation development , testing , troubleshooting , and collaboration with production and commercial teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on laboratory work while gradually expanding their responsibilities within a growing organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in R&D of plastics compounds
• Solid technical knowledge of formulations , testing, and lab activities
• Comfortable working in evolving, non-corporate environments
• Fluent English
