Randstad Inhouse, Specialty Pharma, for a multinational company in consumer healthcare sector is looking for a
R&D Packaging Engineer.
Work area : Pomezia.
We offer : direct employment with a fixed-term contract. Range RAL: 34K - 40K.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the cross-functional team to execute package development activities with minimal supervision;
- Develop and drive alignment for packaging development plans with the franchise squads;
- Executes projects with technical rigor and translates output into specifications.
Required qualifications:
- Mechanical / Polymer, Plastics or Chemical Engineering;
- Work experience: 2+ years of new package development/Technology transfer in CPG, food, or pharmaceutical companies;
- Excellent english level;
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Demonstrates specialized knowledge, experience and skill in scientific analysis;
- Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
