Background
Mechanical / Polymer, Plastics or Chemical Engineering,
Work experience : 2+ years of new package development / Technology transfer in CPG, food, or pharmaceutical companies.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrates specialized knowledge, experience and skill in scientific analysis.
Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the cross-functional team to execute package development activities with minimal supervision
- Develop and drive alignment for packaging development plans with the franchise squads
- Executes projects with technical rigor and translates output into specifications
