R&D Junior – Dolce & Gabbana

Key Responsibilities

• Support the technical development of custom furniture products, from concept to production.
• Design and develop detailed technical solutions (CAD drawings, renderings, prototyping).
• Collaborate with and manage external suppliers and partners to ensure project execution.
• Conduct frequent business trips for supplier meetings, site visits, and production follow-up.

Key Requirements & Competencies

• Degree in Product Design or similar fields.
• Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within the luxury sector or related fields (interior design, hospitality, high‑end real estate).
• Excellent design skills and in‑depth knowledge of materials and their practical applications.
• Availability to conduct site visits and manage off‑site projects.
