Olon has a global network of 14 manufacturing sites and 9 R&D centers across the globe.

For our sites in Rodano (MI) and Segrate (MI) we are looking for talent to join the R&D, Analytical Researcher .

In particular, the ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related discipline
• Preferably PhD in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or related discipline
• Previous experience in a QC or R&D Analytical & Development laboratory
• Good knowledge of both spoken and written English, at least level B2

In addition, the ideal candidate, should possess:

• Excellent technical and organizational skills
• Strong propensity for learning
• Ability to work in team
• Ability to examine problems with lateral thinking
• Motivation and passion for research and development
