Olon Group is a global leader in the development and production of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for CDMO and generic markets, integrating chemical synthesis and biological processes while always embracing the highest international safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Olon has a global network of 14 manufacturing sites and 9 R&D centers across the globe.
For our sites in Rodano (MI) and Segrate (MI) we are looking for talent to join the R&D, Analytical Researcher .
In particular, the ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:
- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related discipline
- Preferably PhD in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or related discipline
- Previous experience in a QC or R&D Analytical & Development laboratory
- Good knowledge of both spoken and written English, at least level B2
In addition, the ideal candidate, should possess:
- Excellent technical and organizational skills
- Strong propensity for learning
- Ability to work in team
- Ability to examine problems with lateral thinking
- Motivation and passion for research and development
