Olon has a global network of 14 manufacturing sites and 9 R&D centers across the globe.
For our sites in Rodano (MI) and Segrate (MI) we are looking for talent to join the R&D, Analytical Researcher .
In particular, the ideal candidate should have the following characteristics:
- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related discipline
- Preferably PhD in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or related discipline
- Previous experience in a QC or R&D Analytical & Development laboratory
- Good knowledge of both spoken and written English, at least level B2
In addition, the ideal candidate, should possess:
- Excellent technical and organizational skills
- Strong propensity for learning
- Ability to work in team
- Ability to examine problems with lateral thinking
- Motivation and passion for research and development
