I'm working with a client in Milano who is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor - This is to start immediately until December 2026 (Extendable).
The project is relating to Industrial Fit outs for logistics Distribution warehouses/centers
To be considered:
7+ years of experience in Quantity Surveyor for industrial buildings, office fit-outs, or similar construction projects.
Fluent Italian and good English (spoken and written).
Lead early-stage planning, scheduling, and Cost management.
Available to work 2 days onsite in Milano
