We are looking for a Quality Technician to join Şişecam Flat Glass Italy , located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD).

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Degree in engineering disciplines
• Experience in the role (especially in the automotive sector) is considered a plus, but we also evaluate junior profiles with no prior experience
• Good knowledge of English and Italian
• Six Sigma certifications, knowledge of Minitab, FMEA and 8D methods
• Leadership skills, problem-solving attitude, results orientation, flexibility
• Knowledge of integrated quality systems, ISO standards, and sustainability certifications
• Knowledge of SAP

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The candidate will be responsible for (in the case of a junior profile, appropriate training will be provided):

• Managing the activities of the quality department
• Continuously reviewing processes, procedures, and capabilities in the quality field in order to propose the most efficient and cost-effective methods to meet quality requirements, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
• Overseeing daily operations related to quality, integrated systems, and certifications
• Ensuring the application of the certifications obtained by the company, both in relation to products and processes (e.g., ISO standards, sustainability)
• Participating in internal and external audits
