QUALITY SYSTEM SPECIALIST

For the Quality Department of the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI) we are looking for a:

Quality System Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the effective implementation of the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Standards throughout the Company in compliance with up-to-date mandatory requirements, reference standards, interested parties requirements, and internal requirements defined by the organization.
• Maintain the Corporate Quality Manual and the Process Map of the whole Company, as well as the general Quality System procedures.
• Supervise the Plants’ Quality Systems to be fully integrated into the Corporate System.
• Support the maintenance of the other Corporate documentation requested by the Quality Certifications (Analysis of the Context, Interested Parties, Risk and Opportunities, Process Indicators), liaising with all process owners.
• Supervise the issue of Quality Corporate procedures by each relevant function, checking their consistency with the whole system and providing continuous training and development of the Quality awareness across the Company.
• Support the Quality Director in timely planning and executing the system audit to Corporate and Plant functions.
• Support the Top Management process in the preparation of the Management Reviews.
• Provide continuous training and guidance to other quality auditors.
• Plan Standard Operating practices required under the overriding Quality procedures.
• Participate in the Third Party Quality audits (certification and maintenance audits), as well as in Customer audits whenever requested.
• Contribute to define and develop the Quality strategy, policies, processes, and standards as per ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.

Requirements of the position

• Technical High School / Degree (plus)
• Deep knowledge of the Quality System requested by ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standard
• Preferred knowledge of the ISO14001 and ISO45001 standard
• 1/3 years of experience in Quality System, being directly involved in the Certifications
• Qualified Quality auditor by Certification Body
• Knowledge of the general automotive tools Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• 1/3 years of experience in the role

• Team working and negotiations skills
