Position Summary:

We are a seeking for a Quality & Sustainability Specialist. For us the quality of our products is one of the key of our success, so if you are passionate about quality and pursue improvement through product certifications of our products, this position is for you!


Important: The ideal candidate will be located in Milano area because will require some weekly presence in our office in Cinisello Balsamo. Other potential locations in the Italy can be considered on a case by case basis.


Key Responsibilities:

The aim of the position is to follow the day-to-day implementation, maintenance and execution of the corporate ISO Quality Programs and the Quality Management System for Carboline Europe.


This position is reporting to the European Director of Product Support.


Part of the challenges will be :

  • Assist in managing current quality programs and coordinate new program implementations.
  • Assist in managing internal & external audits and conducting appropriate follow-up of non-conformances.
  • Make EPD product declaration and life cycle assessment.
  • Data gathering of the Carbon footprint
  • Manage production processes in collaboration with production sites, analyse data and coordinate activities.
  • Perform supplier audits as needed.
  • Assist in training related to ISO programs.
  • Handle customer, field sales, plant and internal questions relative to quality compliance.


What you need to succeed in the position :

  • Minimun 4 years experience in quality positions and auditing (ISO preferred), working with hazardous materials in chemical companies .
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Science, Biology, Engineering or related studies.
  • ISO Certifications knowledge.
  • Advance/Fluent level of English is mandatory.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player!
  • Good computer skills and in particular Office package.
