Quality Specialist (stage)

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Quality Specialist for an internship (6 months duration), to be added in Quality Department to support our manufacturing site in Turin, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
The candidate will focus his/her activities in supporting on the following activities:
Process management :
- Audit management system in plant with the auditor team
- Capability management to define the improvement plan
- Monitoring of quality KPI, such as: FTQ, Buy-Off
- Involvement of dedicated meeting to implement Special project in the manufacturing plant
New product Launch:
- Collaborate with Quality Launch team to manage new launches and documentation
- Risk assessment on new product launch in terms of process and product
- Involvement in cross functional meeting to manage product improvement based on quality issues
Continuous improvement:
- Daily / Weekly basis review of the KPI and KAI
- Reporting and data management to Central Quality and plant Director on weekly basis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial engineering or equivalent
- Ability to operate within a multi-disciplinary team and meet critical deadlines
- Ability to think independently, communicate effectively and go beyond the limits
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Problem Solving knowledge: focus on Kaizen, PDCA, Quality Pillar
- Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis
