A protagonist in the main strategic programs globally, it is a technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions, and businesses.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Organizational Unit of the Electronics Division, we are looking for a **Quality Specialist** for our **Campi Bisenzio** office.The selected individuals will be placed in the quality control line inspection department, in order to streamline the final inspection flow, manage product non-conformities, and optimize the main product quality KPIs.**The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:*** Define inspection checklists, configuration control tools, visual inspection procedures, and documentary analysis to streamline the line inspection process for optronic, mechanotronic, and radar systems and to eliminate escapes to customers.* Use company tools for entering and managing non-conformities and derogations.* Monitor and improve key product quality indicators (First Pass Yield, Product Defectiveness Index, 2YSDR field returns under warranty, non-quality costs).* Develop the QA matrix for prioritizing defects and manage Root Cause Analysis and Kaizen projects in close collaboration with various company functions (AIT, IE, ENG, QA, incoming, PROC, PM departments).* Agree and monitor the implementation of improvement plans for the plant.* Collaborate in the preparation of audits by customers and certifying bodies.* Implement 5S, visual management, and improvement projects aimed at streamlining and digitizing the production process.* Ensure alignment with ISO9100, AQAP2110, AERP-145 quality standards for the production and maintenance process.* Study existing best practices within the company, tailoring them to be promoted and implemented on site.**Education:** Master's or Bachelor's technical degree (Electronic, Industrial, Management, Automation, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering)**Required experience level:** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years) preferably with experience as Quality control, Continuous Improvement Engineer or functions closely related to the production field in structured environments.**Technical knowledge and skills*** Ability to read drawings, electrical diagrams, purchasing specifications, standard testing procedures ISO, IPC, etc.* Knowledge of main problem-solving techniques;
knowledge of World Class Manufacturing, main improvement tools (5S, DMAIC/PDCA cycle, SMED, etc.) and any Six Sigma certifications are highly preferred.* Knowledge of production flows and related management of non-conformities;
