We are looking for a Quality Process Engineer to join our Local Quality Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco Veneto!
ACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVES:
- Perform Quality Internal Audit;
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015;
- Management of customer claims;
- Promote Continuous Improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and support the execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions;
- Ensure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranet;
- Monitor changes in ISO standards and customer-specific requirements; update the QMS accordingly to ensure ongoing compliance;
- Draft, revise, and verify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process owners;
- Analyse quality data and trends to detect root causes and identify areas for improvement;
- Support and participate in third-party audits and customer audits;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and met;
- Support the Quality Team in enhancing process effectiveness and efficiency;
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree (e.g.: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering);
- A Master and/or any other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.g.: qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt...);
- University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciated;
- A previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciated.
KNOWLEDGE:
- A good knowledge of Quality Management is needed;
- A good knowledge of Quality Systems is required (ISO 9001);
- Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan);
- Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is needed.
LANGUAGES:
- Fluency in Italian
- A good knowledge of English is highly recommended

Reimbursement: €700 per month + free access to the company canteen
