Experteer Overview
In this role you act as the voice of the Customer within the Service Platform, driving Quality and Safety improvements across projects, manufacturing and maintenance. You will foster a strong quality culture, ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You will coordinate quality activities to align with QCD objectives, manage audits, and support certifications. You will also lead and develop the Platform Quality team, monitor KPIs and drive problem solving to reduce deviations and non‑conformities. Manage customer feedback, surveys and improvement plans to boost satisfaction Define, implement and monitor Quality and Safety objectives across projects, manufacturing and maintenance Ensure consistent application of Quality and Safety processes and escalates critical issues Promote a culture of Quality, Safety and continuous improvement to reduce deviations Coordinate project quality activities to align with Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) objectives and contractual obligations Collaborate with Supplier Quality teams to address NCRs and corrective actions Drive problem-solving initiatives and ensure effective Lessons Learned (REX) processes Lead internal and customer audits and verify corrective actions Support achievement and maintenance of external certifications Lead, coach and develop the Platform Quality team Monitor Quality KPIs and dashboards for continuous improvement Responsabilità
Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management roles Fluent English Knowledge of railway industry, standards and certifications is a plus Strong knowledge of Quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163 IRIS, CMMI, ECM) Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills Ability to operate in complex matrix organizations and manage multiple interfaces
