We are looking for a Quality Manager to take part in Şişecam Flat Glass South Italy located in Manfredonia, Apulia. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, preferably in glass industry
  • Strong knowledge of customer complaint resolving process, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in managing quality processes across production plants and coordinating with cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to present complex technical matters in a clear and effective way
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supporting the Regional Quality Manager in leading and managing quality operations within the assigned product group to ensure alignment with the company’s vision, strategy, and strategic plan
  • Managing quality issues, non‑conformities, and returns in coordination with regional execution teams and plant quality engineering departments
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quality data; providing guidance on quality methods and standards used in plant operations
  • Monitoring product and process quality performance, identifying trends, and implementing improvement actions
  • Conducting root cause analyses for quality issues and implementing preventive measures across products, processes, and regions
  • Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the value chain
  • Supporting the development and implementation of quality training programs and best practice sharing across sites
