Quality Management System Implementation Specialist
We are currently looking for a NextGen eQMS Implementation Specialist to join our UPS Healthcare team. The role supports the global roll‑out of a new electronic Quality Management System (QMS), from preparation through Go‑Live and post‑implementation “hyper‑care” support across multiple business units and countries within the wider UPS Healthcare organization.
About the Team
As a NextGen eQMS Implementation Specialist, you will work with a cross‑functional team including IT, product managers, quality, and compliance professionals. You will be a key player in the delivery of this new system.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between the central project team and local teams.
- Gather data in preparation for go‑live.
- Manage training with regional/local teams and act as Qualified Trainer to support local/regional training.
- Act as Point of Contact to monitor, report, and log user application issues.
- Support development of local training (if required).
- Support development and validation activities of eQMS modules (if required).
- Adhere to quality standards, policies, and procedures in alignment with regional/local regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s Degree (or internationally comparable degree) – Science or related discipline – Preferred.
- Experience in healthcare / logistics industry or experience with introduction of new quality management systems – Preferred.
- Native or fluent in Italian and excellent English skills both verbal and written.
- Experience utilizing and managing electronic Quality Management Systems, with knowledge of GxP such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Proven experience working in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills. Flexible in working hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Highly motivated and self‑driven to work at a fast pace.
- A collaborative attitude and team‑oriented mindset.
Location
This role is open to remote working in Italy. Candidates must attend the UPS Healthcare Facility (Spino d’Adda, Cremona) for onboarding and infrequent visits (
