This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Quality team within a structured manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on food safety, continuous improvement, and high-quality standards.

We are looking for two Quality Interns to join our Plasmon plant in Latina .

Based on candidates’ background and experience, applications will be considered for one of the two available opportunities, ensuring the best fit between profile and role.

The opportunities

Quality System Intern

You will join the Quality System team and support activities such as:

-         internal audits, change control, and document management

-         HACCP updates and quality control plans (SAP)

-         quality KPI monitoring and deviation analysis

-         root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

-         promoting a strong quality culture across the site

Quality Intern – Microbiological Lab

You will join the Microbiological Laboratory and support activities such as:

-         sample preparation and routine microbiological analysis

-         use of laboratory equipment under supervision

-         data recording and analytical documentation

-         basic maintenance of lab equipment

-         compliance with SOPs and safety standards

Requirements & Technical Skills

Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

-         Educational background in scientific fields (Food Technology, Biology, Engineering, Chemistry, or related)

-         Tools: Good knowledge of Excel and IT tools (SAP is a plus)

-         Languages: Fluent in Italian and English
