Experteer Overview
As a Quality Engineer, you will support the product development team in QA, resolve defects, and ensure products meet customer specs. You’ll oversee quality across operations, promoting excellence in processes and products while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll develop and maintain QA protocols, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting. You’ll lead root cause analyses and corrective actions, provide staff training, and help define quality requirements in project plans, contributing to Rotork’s commitment to engineering excellence and safe, sustainable performance.

Responsabilità
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- 3-4 years of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/blueprints
- Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001)
- Experience with RCA and quality tools (fishbone, 5W2H, 5 Whys, Pareto, 8D)
- English and Italian proficiency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with GD&T and Lean is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
